Pricing questions
How much does BnB Console cost?
There are two plans. Free costs nothing a month and charges a 2% fee only on bookings you receive. Pro is $29 a month covering 2 properties, then $10 per additional property per month, with no booking fee.
Is there a free trial?
There's no trial because the Free plan has no time limit: unlimited properties and everything it takes to run direct bookings, with nothing to pay until a guest books. Pro adds AI assistance with 100 AI credits a month, approving each booking before the card is charged, taking bookings without upfront payment, and recording cash and bank-transfer payments.
When does Pro cost less than Free?
Once you take about $1,450 a month in direct bookings. At that point Free's 2% fee comes to the same as Pro's $29, which covers 2 properties; above it, Pro costs less.
Which bookings does the fee apply to?
On Free, the 2% applies to bookings guests pay online through your booking page or widget, collected when Stripe processes the payment. Stays that arrive from Airbnb or Vrbo carry no BnB Console fee, because we don't process them.
Are card processing fees included?
No. Payments go through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's standard fees apply on both plans: 2.9% + 30¢ on US cards. Bank transfers cost less on large bookings.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrade to Pro from Settings, then Payments; manage or cancel the subscription from the billing portal linked on the same page.
Do you charge for team members?
No. Both plans include unlimited team members, and owners can be given read-only access to their properties.
