Getting started with BnB Console
Create your account, add your first property and go live with a direct booking page — a ten-minute walkthrough with screenshots.

Create your account
Sign up with your business name, your name, an email and a password — or continue with Google or Facebook. Your business name matters more than it looks: guests see it on your booking pages and it becomes your guest-email identity (for example birchwood-stays@…), so booking confirmations and guest replies all carry your brand, not ours.
There is no trial clock and no card form. The Free plan is the default: unlimited properties, every feature, and a 2% fee only on bookings you actually receive.
Your dashboard
The dashboard is your morning coffee screen: booking requests waiting for a decision, who is in-house right now, arrivals in the next seven days and unread guest messages. A setup checklist walks you through the three things that matter on day one.

Add your first property
- 1Open Properties → New property and fill in the name, address, bedrooms, bathrooms and guest capacity.
- 2Upload photos — they are optimized automatically, so phone pictures are fine.
- 3Set your base nightly price, minimum stay and check-in/check-out times. Everything else (seasonal pricing, discounts, fees, taxes) can come later.
- 4Review the booking settings: how much notice you need, how far ahead guests can book, and whether children, infants or pets are welcome.

Go live
The moment your property is saved with "Accept bookings" on, its public page is live on your free subdomain and guests can request dates with live availability and a full price breakdown. Put the link in your Airbnb profile, your email signature and your Instagram bio — then read the direct bookings guide to customize the page, connect your own domain or embed the widget on a site you already have.
Working with a co-host or cleaner? Invite them from Team — everyone shares the same reservations, calendar and inbox, and the audit log records who changed what for 90 days.
