Fees on bookings and payments
Direct bookings carry a 1% host fee on Direct Basic, plus Stripe's fees. Direct Premium is a 4% guest fee plus 3% for the host, or 7% paid by the host.

How the per-property price works
Each paid plan includes some properties and charges for the rest. Hospitable bills for active properties: one with at least one check-in in the billing cycle, or with its dynamic pricing switched on. - Host: one property included, up to two, at $10 for the second.
- Professional: two included, then $15 each. Five properties come to $104 a month.
- Mogul: three included, then $30 each.
Yearly billing takes 12% off and is paid upfront. Hospitable states no onboarding fee and no contract. Accounts opened before 1 May 2024 may still be on an older plan.
Direct booking fees
Hospitable's direct booking comes in two forms, set out in its direct booking fees article (opens in a new tab). Direct Basic charges the host 1% on top of Stripe's fees. Direct Premium charges 7%, either all to the host or split as 4% to the guest and 3% to the host. Those percentages come on top of the monthly plan.
What 1, 2 and 5 properties cost a month
The fairest comparison is the setup most independent hosts run: a direct booking website for every property, on the cheapest published plan that includes one.
