The sliding scale
Rather than tiers, OwnerRez prices every property on one plan, cheaper per property as you add more. Its costs and fees article (opens in a new tab) sets out the scale:
- The first property is $40 a month, which is also the minimum.
- The second and third are $15 each, the fourth $10, and the fifth to the ninth $8 each.
- From the tenth they drop to $7, then $6 from the twentieth.
Add-ons that change the total
The base price includes channel management with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Google. These cost extra each month:
- Hosted website: $15 for the first property, $5 for the second, $3 each for the third to the ninth.
- Owner statements (property management): $10.
- QuickBooks: $10.
- SMS: $15 a number.
- Rezzy AI: $9 a property.
- Door locks: $4 a lock.
Dynamic pricing isn't listed on the pricing page. OwnerRez has also added US state sales tax to its invoices in some states since 2025.
