Terms of service
Effective
These terms are an agreement between BnB Console and you, the host or business using the platform. By creating an account you accept them. In short: it's your rental business — we provide the software.
The service
BnB Console provides software for managing short-term-rental businesses: booking pages and widgets, reservations, calendars, messaging, pricing, invoicing, payments via Stripe, and related tools. We host it, maintain it and improve it; features may evolve over time.
Your account and your team
Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite. You must provide accurate business information and be legally able to operate your rental business.
Fees
Free plan: no subscription, unlimited properties, and a 2% platform fee on bookings received through the platform.
Pro plan: $29 per month, which covers two properties, plus $10 per additional property per month — and no platform booking fee.
Stripe's own payment-processing fees are charged by Stripe on the host's Stripe account and are separate from our fees on either plan. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply retroactively to bookings already taken.
Bookings and payments are between you and your guest
You are the merchant of record. Stays, payments, refunds, cancellations, damage claims and disputes are between you and your guest, on the cancellation terms you publish. Payments settle to your own Stripe account; we never hold your funds. We are not a party to any rental agreement and provide no insurance or guarantee of guest behavior.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and prices, for complying with the laws that apply to your rentals (licensing, safety, taxes, local registration), and for handling your guests' personal data lawfully. Use guest contact details for the stay — not for spam.
Acceptable use
Don't use the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive: fake listings, fraudulent charges, harassment, attempts to break or probe the security of the service, or sending unsolicited bulk email. We may suspend accounts that put other hosts, guests or the platform at risk.
Content
Your photos, descriptions and guest data remain yours. You grant us the license needed to host and display them — that is, to run the service. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the product.
Availability and disclaimers
We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Calendar syncing depends on external channels' feeds; email delivery depends on receiving servers; payments depend on Stripe. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time; fees already incurred remain payable. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes and contact
If these terms change materially, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify active hosts. Questions: contact us. See also our privacy policy.
