- A general-purpose builder makes a good-looking page but knows nothing about nights, seasons or deposits, so the booking part has to come from a second product embedded into it, with its own fee, its own calendar and its own login. Here the calendar, the pricing engine and the checkout are the same system as the rest of the console. A booking taken on the site blocks the dates on Airbnb and Vrbo through the same sync, and the guest's messages land in the same inbox.

- Yes. A business gets a portfolio page that lists every property you publish, lets a guest search by dates across all of them, and books any of them direct. Each property keeps its own page underneath, at its own address, so a guest who was sent a link to one cabin sees that cabin.

- The Free plan includes the website builder for unlimited properties with every feature, and charges 2% on each booking you receive through it. Pro removes that fee for $29 a month covering 2 properties, then $10 per additional property per month. Card processing is separate and goes to Stripe, not to us.
- Will guests find the site on Google?
- Each page is a normal, crawlable web page with its own address, title and description, and a domain of your own helps. Be realistic about what that means: a new site takes months to rank for a destination search against the marketplaces. Where a direct booking site earns its keep straight away is with the guests who already know you: repeat stays, referrals, and anyone who searches your property by name.
