A direct booking widget for the website you already have
Yes, you can take direct bookings on your own holiday rental website without rebuilding it. Paste BnB Console's booking widget into any page: guests pick dates, see the full price and pay you through Stripe, while the same nights close on Airbnb and Vrbo.
Free for unlimited properties · 2% only when a booking lands · No plug-in to install

How to add it
On your website in three steps
About ten minutes for the first property. Nothing is charged until a guest books.
- 1
Add your property
Create a free account, add the property with its photos, capacity and nightly rate, and connect Stripe so payments reach your own account.
- 2
Allow your website
Open the property's Booking widget page and add your website's address to Allowed websites. Only the sites on that list can show your widget.
- 3
Paste the embed code
Match the buttons to your site under Appearance, copy the embed code and paste it into any page that accepts embed code, such as WordPress, Squarespace or Wix. The widget works straight away.
Screenshots of each step are in the booking widget guide.
What guests get
A booking form, not a contact form
An enquiry form makes a guest wait for a reply. The widget answers the three things they came to find out (is it free, what does it cost, can I book it) and takes the booking.
Live availability
The same calendar your Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com stays sync into, so guests can only pick nights that are really free, and a widget booking closes them everywhere else.
Your real prices
Each quote applies your seasons, weekend rates, last-minute and long-stay adjustments, then adds cleaning, pet and extra-guest fees and taxes, itemised before anyone pays.
Paid straight to you
Guests pay on Stripe's secure checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, into your own Stripe account. Take a deposit now and the balance automatically before arrival. Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ on US cards.
Your booking rules, enforced
Minimum and maximum stays, advance notice, booking window, party limits and your rental terms apply on the widget exactly as on your booking page.
In your guest's language
Show the widget in any of 15 languages to match the page it sits on, with an estimate in the guest's own currency beside your prices.
Know where bookings come from
Add the optional attribution snippet to your site and every reservation records how the guest found you: search, an ad, social media, email or a direct visit.
Works with
Any website that accepts embed code
The embed code is a standard iframe, with an auto-resizing version that grows with the form, so there is nothing to install and nothing to keep updated. Paste it where your builder takes custom code:
- WordPress: a Custom HTML block
- Squarespace: a Code block
- Wix: Embed Code, then Embed HTML
- Webflow: an Embed element
- Hand-built sites: anywhere in the page's HTML
Widget or a whole booking site?
- You already have a website you like
- Add the widget to it. Your design, your domain and your search rankings stay as they are.
- You don't have a website yet
- Every property also gets a direct booking website on a free address, or your own domain, with the same form built in.
- You want it designed for you
- The vacation rental website builder turns your photos and description into a full site, with a portfolio page for several properties.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is there a widget for taking direct bookings on my own website?
Yes. BnB Console gives every property a booking widget you paste into the website you already have. Guests pick dates and party size, see the full price with every fee itemised, and book and pay you without being sent to a marketplace. It reads the same live calendar as your Airbnb and Vrbo listings, so a booking taken on the widget closes those nights everywhere.
I have a holiday rental website. Can I add a Book Now button that takes payment?
Yes. The widget is the Book Now button and the booking form in one: it checks availability, prices the stay from your own rates and rules, and takes the guest to Stripe's secure checkout to pay you. You don't need to rebuild the site or move it anywhere.
Which website builders does the booking widget work with?
Any site that accepts embed code, such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow or a hand-built HTML site. The code is a standard iframe, with an auto-resizing version that grows with its content, so there is no plug-in to install or keep updated.
What does the booking widget cost?
The widget is included on both plans, for unlimited properties. Free has no monthly charge and takes a 2% fee only on bookings you receive. Pro removes that fee for $29 a month covering 2 properties, then $10 per additional property per month; it adds AI assistance with 100 AI credits a month, approving each booking before the card is charged, taking bookings without upfront payment, and recording cash and bank-transfer payments, and lets you hide the BnB Console credit under the widget. Card processing is separate and goes to Stripe: 2.9% + 30¢ on US cards.
How does the widget stop double bookings?
It shows the same calendar the rest of the console runs on. Stays from Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com come in through their calendar feeds, blocks and owner stays hold their nights, and a booking taken on the widget closes the same dates on the other channels.
Can someone copy my widget onto their own site?
No. You list the websites allowed to show it, and a site that isn't on the list gets a blank frame. The widget also enforces your minimum and maximum stays, advance notice, booking window, party limits and rental terms, the same as your booking page.
