Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free has unlimited properties and everything it takes to run direct bookings: the booking site, calendar sync, pricing rules, the guest inbox, automatic messages and online payments. Instead of a subscription, a 2% booking fee applies to bookings you receive, collected when guests pay online through Stripe, so if you don't get booked you pay nothing. Pro adds AI assistance with 100 AI credits a month, approving each booking before the card is charged, taking bookings without upfront payment, and recording cash and bank-transfer payments.
What does Pro cost?
Pro is $29 a month covering 2 properties, then $10 per additional property per month. It has no booking fee, so you keep everything you take, and it adds AI assistance with 100 AI credits a month, approving each booking before the card is charged, taking bookings without upfront payment, and recording cash and bank-transfer payments. It pays for itself once you take about $1,450 a month in direct bookings.
Can I keep using Airbnb and Vrbo?
Yes, and most hosts do. Calendar sync brings your Airbnb and Vrbo stays in and sends your direct bookings back out, so the same nights can't be sold twice while you grow the direct side.
How do payments work?
Through Stripe Connect and Stripe's own checkout. Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; the money settles to your own Stripe account and you're the merchant of record. Deposits, automatic balance charging and refunds are built in.
Do I need my own website or domain?
No. Every property gets a booking page on a free address the moment you add it. If you have a domain, point it at your page; if you have a website, embed the booking widget instead.
