Recover abandoned baskets, announce price drops, post to Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram, and collect post-stay reviews.

Booking nudges that respect the inbox
Two automated email campaigns work quietly in the background. Abandoned basket: a guest who checked dates and opted in but never finished gets a gentle nudge while the dates are still available. Price drop: when your pricing rules lower a stay someone was watching, they hear about it.
The guardrails are strict by design: only guests who explicitly opted in, at most one email per day per intent, never about dates that have sold or passed, always with one-click unsubscribe, and sent from a separate marketing domain so your booking confirmations' deliverability is never dragged down.
Connect Google, Facebook and Instagram
- 1Open Integrations and connect the profiles you already own — Google Business Profile with one consent, Facebook Page and Instagram together with another.
- 2Choose whether a connection represents the whole business or one property — a property's own profile wins where both exist.
- 3Post property photos and captions to any connected profile from Properties → Social, and see exactly what each platform said if a post fails.

Connected profiles also feed your listing pages' structured data, helping search engines understand that your booking page and your business profiles are the same business.
Reviews
After checkout, every completed stay gets a review request — every stay, not a hand-picked subset. Guests rate and comment on a private page, and you can offer your Google review link so public praise lands where future guests search. Reviews from Google and Facebook are mirrored into the console so you read everything in one place, each clearly labeled with its source.
