Data deletion

Sign in and open Settings → My account. At the bottom you can download all of your data as a single file, and permanently delete your account.

Any business where you are the last member is deleted with you, including its properties, reservations, guest messages and invoices. A business you share with someone else keeps working — you are simply removed from it.

The same page has a Download my data button. It produces one JSON file containing your account, businesses, properties, reservations, invoices, payments and guest messages. Deletion cannot be undone, so export before you delete.

Connections to a Facebook Page or Instagram account can be removed at any time from the property or business Integrations page. Disconnecting deletes the stored access token immediately. Nothing is removed from the Page or account itself — posts we published stay where they are, and you can delete them on the platform.

You can also remove the app from your Facebook settings. Facebook notifies us, we delete the credentials, and you are sent to this page with a confirmation code.

Ask us from the contact page using the email address on the account, and we will handle it.

Records we are legally required to retain — chiefly payment records, which Stripe holds as the processor and is obliged to keep. Audit entries are kept for 90 days.
